Sage Systems WINS AMERICAN GRAPHIC DESIGN AWARD!
Graphic Design USA has announced that Sage Systems has been awarded their prestigious American Graphic Design Award for excellence in communication and graphic design. The Sage Design team is proud to accept this award for the direct mail campaign designed for Boston City Councilor Michael F. Flaherty.
Flaherty, the Boston City Council President, ran for re-election in 2005. The Sage Design team crafted a comprehensive direct mail program that was coordinated with all the facets of his campaign message. The direct mail program was designed to increase Flaherty’s name recognition and communicate his campaign message to voters across the state. With the help of Sage’s direct mail campaign, Flaherty topped the ticket in the November 2005 election.
“We are proud to be honored with the American Graphic Design Award,” said Yvette Perullo, Creative Director at Sage Systems. “The Michael Flaherty direct mail program showcases a wide range of mail, from simple palm cards to dynamic issue-oriented pieces. It is exciting that our work has been recognized with such a prestigious award.”
Graphic Design USA is entering its 44th year and the American Graphic Design Award is the most prestigious and open of all events of its kind. Of the thousands of entries, only 10% were honored by Graphic Design USA’s nation-wide panel of judges.
“The Sage Design team is excited by this award, and we will continue to produce creative and unique direct mail for our clients,” said Perullo.
